Chain and tokens seem quite high quality. I thought that one token was missing, so I contacted customer support and they were ready to send a new token when I found it. Only complaint is that it is a bit too easy to lose tokens before putting them on the chain. Not an issue with the tokens as much as personal clumsiness. Highly suggest these for any avid travellers.
