1. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $5 for domestic orders and $15 for international orders.

We also offer FREE standard shipping for domestic orders with a Grand Total of $50 or more!

Faster shipping rates are available at checkout.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

Holiday Return Policy: Returns/exchanges are accepted through January 31st, 2021. No questions asked!

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to The Wander Club (for both returns and exchanges). For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost back to the buyer.

If something is wrong with your order order, please let us know and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Because most of our products are handmade, it takes us ~5 business days to craft and ship out an order.

Standard shipping for domestic orders takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

Standard shipping for international orders take ~14 business days to Canada, Europe, and Australia and ~14-30 business days for the rest of the world. We also offer DHL Express Shipping for 2-3 business day delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

*Due to COVID-19 and the recent changes happening within USPS, some shipments have been getting delayed. All orders are still being delivered successfully but please do allow for several more business days.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! However, due to COVID-19 and other shipping constraints, we are currently not allowed to ship to many countries. Please see the following list for reference.

How are the tokens organized?

Tokens will come loose in a pouch. If you'd like them assembled for you or you prefer a specific order, please let us know in the Order Notes section on the Cart page. :)
