1. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5 for domestic orders and $15 for international orders.
We offer FREE standard shipping for domestic orders with a Grand Total of $50 or more!
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes us ~3 business days to craft and ship out an order.
Standard shipping for domestic orders takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
Faster shipping rates are available at checkout.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
How are the tokens organized?
Tokens will come loose in a pouch. If you'd like them assembled for you or you prefer a specific order, please let us know in the Order Notes section on the Cart page.
What is the Wanderchain Lifetime Guarantee?
If for any reason, your Wanderchain falls apart (stitching comes undone, clasp breaks, or the leather rips), simply ship us the original and we will happily make and ship you a brand new one!
How do I request an extra split ring?

I really like the idea of having the entire name on the token. As a first time customer I’m just sad this was announced a week after I received my 20 country tokens and my 4 continent tokens.
I received a wanderer club keychain clip with all of the countries I have visited from my daughter for Mother’s Day! It is beautiful. I immediately ordered the continents to put in between.
