1. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5 for domestic orders and $15 for international orders.
We offer FREE standard shipping for domestic orders with a Grand Total of $50 or more!
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes us ~3 business days to craft and ship out an order.
Standard shipping for domestic orders takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
Faster shipping rates are available at checkout.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
How are the tokens organized?
Tokens will come loose in a pouch. If you'd like them assembled for you or you prefer a specific order, please let us know in the Order Notes section on the Cart page.
What is the Wanderchain Lifetime Guarantee?
If for any reason, your Wanderchain falls apart (stitching comes undone, clasp breaks, or the leather rips), simply ship us the original and we will happily make and ship you a brand new one!
How do I request an extra split ring?

We got these for our daughter and niece for the states & countries they’ve been to...they literally haven’t taken them off since we got them! It was a “project” for them to organize, sort and lace them on their necklaces...and they haven’t taken them off since! They love them and are asking when our next trip is...and how many new charms they’ll get! I can’t wait to get more travels underway...!

I have have gotten so many questions about my necklace; it has 4 brass continent tokens and 31 silver country tokens. I invariably have to take it off and let prople see the markings on the tokens. Love it, it will be a ladting teminder of my travels.
